FOUR FUTURE Washington State Cougars were picked, and two will play, Sunday in the West Coast Bowl, a high-school all-star game featuring FBS-bound high school seniors from the West Coast.

The game kicks off at 3:30 p.m. at the Home Depot Center in Carson, just south of Los Angeles. The green team will be coached by Manuel Douglas of Narbonne High in Harbor City, Calif., and the red team by Lincoln High of San Diego coach and former NFL receiver David Dunn.

WSU verbal commits Gerard Wicks, a running back from Long Beach Poly, and receiver River Cracraft out Santa Margarita, will be playing, though on opposite teams.

Quarterback Tyler Bruggman, from Brophy Prep in Phoenix, and Kennedy Catholic/Burien tight end/defensive end Cole Madison were picked for the game and listed on the official roster, but neither is actually partaking, according to CF.C photographer Steven Squires, who attended Friday night's practices.
