Round two of our all state picks holds the state's top DL, top RB and nation's INT leader...

QB- Casey Lytle- Chaparral- Guys that can run and throw drive DCs nuts. Lytle accounted for 40 TDs and 2300 yards of offense.

RB- Prince Amukamara- Apollo- I don't think anyone will argue this pick if you saw him play this year.

RB- Mack Martin- McClintock- The most underrated RB in the state. Averaged 7 yards per carry on 1400 yards and 18 TDs. If you saw the Martin/Prince mathup, you were in for a treat!

WR- Colin Gilbert- Ironwood Ridge- Is it possible to reach 1000 yards as quietly as Gilbert did? Tallied 74 catches and 11 TDs.

WR- Vince Coleman- Chaparral- Lived up to expectations after a down junior year. Caught 52 passes for 907 yards and 12 TDs.

TE- Aaron Tevis- Canyon del Oro- Most productive TE in 4A tallied 37 catches for over 600 yards and 6 TDs.

OL- Jaivorio Burkes- Moon Valley- Simply manhandled opponents. when I watched him play I said to myself, "That DE should just lineup 7 yards deep because Burkes pushes him that far every time anyway." He did that or lay on him!

OL- Broc Gullett- Agua Fria- 1st team all region pick showed great progress and is getting looks from 1AA schools.

OL- Kurt Vanderkolk- Cienega- Two way lineman was actually his region's defensive player of the year.

OL- Chris Merrill- Saguaro- Another two way terror, Merrill only a junior will be back for more next year.

OL- Mike Dillon- Sabino- One of the keys to a very solid OL that put Lundren near the 1300 yard mark.

K- Dean Stock- Cienega- Led 4A1 in kicking scoring with 6 FGs and 48 PATs.

DL- Everson Griffen- Agua Fria- Really stepped his game up this year and lived up to the hype. Recorded 17 sacks.

DL- Vinnie Paciulli- Moon Valley- Motor that doesn't quit. Recorded 82 tackles and 5 sacks.

DL- Mark Surrell- Thunderbird- Recorded 55 tackles and 16 sacks.

DL- John Sobczuk- Saguaro- Very disruptive DT recorded 75 tackles and 10 sacks.

LB- Tyler Heagney- Agua Fria- Manned the middle of the Owl D and had 141 tackles and 14 sacks.

LB- David Blair- McClintock- Only a junior, two time first team all region pick patrolled the middle well, recording 120 tackles.

LB- Ryan Tobin- Moon Valley- Hard to argue with over 100 tackles and 16 sacks.

DB- Mike Cummings- Chaparral- Only a junior, Cummings was great on both sides of the ball. Had 32 tackles and 8 INTs on D.

DB- Max Tabach- Saguaro- 16 picks, enough said.

DB- Rajric Coleman- Agua Fria- Two time all region pick recorded 61 tackles and 3 INTs.

DB- Derek Oesterblad- Chaparral- Very productive recording 59 tackles, 6 INTs, 1 sack, 1 blocked FG and 2 fumble recoveries.

P- Zack Richards- Thunderbird- Averaged over 43 yards per punt.
