Basha safety Jordan Fraser accepts scholarship, will serve the US

Sources close to Chandler (Az.) Basha safety Jordan Fraser have confirmed that he has committed to play at Navy.

"They offered me yesterday and I committed," Fraser said when reached for comment.

He further explains, "There were a lot of reasons I committed. The education I will receive, the fact that it is 100% paid for, they have a great football program and the job opportunity after the military commitment is unreal."

He adds, "So me and my parents talked about my options and all agreed that Navy was the best so when they offered I just committed because I already knew I was going to."

Fraser was also being recruited by Vanderbilt, North Carolina, Villanova, Elon and Northern Colorado.

Fraser (6-1 195) has recorded 55 tackles and 2 fumble recoveries thus far for the 5-4 Bears.
